Welcome to Sixth Grade!
Our dance show is next week. Our class dances on Wednesday night. Please have your child here at 5:30 and pick up promptly immediately after the show (ends with the teacher dance).
Make sure your child dresses in black pants and a black shirt with gold accents (duct tape, gold items from last year's dance, gold hair paint, and/or gold make-up on Wednesday. We will be having our dress rehearsal that day.
Our language arts pilot is almost over....which means that homework will return the first full week of March. Expect your child to come home with a page of word study every night and occasional DLI lessons (grammar). We will do most of this in class, but some will go home.
